This service is a supervised development prototype available only to participants expressly designated by Cauza Labs.
Permitted use
Participants may use the designated WhatsApp test conversation only for agreed development scenarios. Test content must not include real customer records, confidential business information, payment information, medical information, credentials, or unrelated personal data.
Prototype behavior
An AI assistant may provide clearly disclosed intake or routing responses. Designated human operators may claim, transfer, escalate, or continue a conversation according to the prototype's ownership controls. Responses may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated by provider delivery, or unavailable while the system is being changed or stopped.
No business commitments
The prototype does not provide repair diagnosis, estimates, prices, discounts, warranties, scheduling, payment processing, work authorization, or other commercial commitments. Participants must not rely on a prototype message for those purposes.
Availability and changes
Cauza Labs may pause, change, reset, or end the controlled test. Conversation data may be deleted under the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy, so the prototype should not be used as a system of record.
Participant responsibilities
Participants must use only their authorized test identity, follow the agreed scenario, avoid introducing third-party data, and promptly report an unexpected recipient, disclosure, or message to support@cauzalabs.com.
Privacy and deletion
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Requests concerning Cauza Labs-controlled prototype data may be submitted using the data-deletion instructions.
