Submit a request
- Email support@cauzalabs.com with the subject “Prototype data-deletion request.”
- Identify the test conversation or participation date without including message content, access tokens, or other secrets in the email.
- Use the same email address previously provided to the Cauza Labs operator for the controlled test, or explain how Cauza Labs can verify your participation.
Verification and response
Cauza Labs will acknowledge the request within seven calendar days. Before acting, Cauza Labs may request the minimum additional information needed to confirm the requester and locate the controlled data. The target is to complete deletion of located Cauza Labs-controlled prototype data within 30 calendar days after verification, or explain what remains unresolved or provider-dependent.
Scope
A verified request may cover admitted test conversations, redacted operational receipts that remain identifiable, and live-derived test artifacts controlled by Cauza Labs. Synthetic fixtures that contain no participant data are outside the request because they are not linked to a participant.
Cauza Labs will inventory known controlled copies, delete eligible copies, and record the outcome without retaining the deleted message content. Data held solely by Meta, WhatsApp, another infrastructure provider, backups outside Cauza Labs' control, or a participant's device may require that provider's separate process and cannot be guaranteed deleted by this prototype.
